The Board of Bell Financial Group Ltd (ASX:BFG) announces the appointment of Ms Christine Feldmanis as a Non-Executive Director with effect from today.
Ms Feldmanis has extensive industry knowledge of financial markets, and significant experience in business operations, finance, risk management and governance. She is an experienced director with appointments across the spectrum of private and public companies, government organisations and not-for-profits.
Ms Feldmanis is currently a director of Perpetual Equity Investment Company Ltd, IMF Bentham Ltd, FIIG Securities Ltd, Utilities of Australia Pty Ltd and Hunter Water Corporation and Chair of Bell Asset Management Ltd.
In her executive career, Ms Feldmanis has held chief executive officer and chief financial officer roles, including as Managing Director of Treasury Group Investment Services Ltd and Chief Financial Officer / General Manager of NSW Treasury Corporation.
